Dear Kora Shipping Policy

At Dear Kora, we do our best to ensure that your baby’s sleep essentials arrive safely and on time.


🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.


🌏 Shipping Globally

All regions Within 15 business days after shipment

Please note that customs inspection, local postal handling, or public holidays may occasionally cause slight delays.


📦 Estimated Delivery Time

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or unexpected logistics issues.


🧭 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your parcel anytime on our Track Your Order page.


📦 Address & Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
Dear Kora is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once additional shipping costs are covered.


WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED AFTER 15 DAYS OR SO 

Usually, if there is a delay, we will inform you BEFOREHAND via your email.

Delays in shipping can be due to a few factors:

1. Shortage of clothing so we have to take time to manufacture extra quantities

2. Shipping delay from logistics courier

3. Lost or stolen package 

In any case, if your package is taking > 15 days and we did not update you with anything, PLEASE send an email to dearkora@ecolodao.com  with your order number / name, and we will IMMEDIATELY contact the courier for you for an update on your order.

MISSED DELIVERY ATTEMPT

In case of a missed delivery attempt, a delivery exception or something similar please get in contact with your local post office as soon as possible. 

Missed delivery attempt means that USPS or the courier attempted to deliver to your home but the customer was not contactable or address given was not found.
